摘要 采用加氢异构芳构化催化剂及其配套工艺 ,以催化裂化未脱硫未脱双烯烃全馏分汽油为原料 ,在反应温度 3 90℃ ,反应压力 2 .0~ 3 .0MPa ,进料重时空速 1.0h- 1 ,氢油体积比 3 0 0~ 40 0条件下进行加氢、异构、芳构化反应 ,所得产物与原料相比 ,烯烃含量降低 3 5 .8个百分点 ,芳烃含量增加 16个百分点 ,RON增加了 0 .3个单位。由于基本脱除了汽油中的双烯烃 ,使汽油的诱导期明显延长 ,其余各项分析数据基本达到国家车用汽油标准。 Hydrogenation, isomerization and aromatization reactions have been carried out with the total FCC gasoline as feedstock without desulfurization and olefin removal. Hydrogenation, isomerization and aromatization catalysts and the compatible processes have been adopted under the reaction conditions of temperature 390℃, pressure 2.0~3.0 MPa, feedstock weight hourly space velocity 1.0 h -1 and the hydrogen/oil volume ratio 300~400. Compared with the feedstock, olefin content in the product has reduced by 35.8 percent points, aromatics content increased by 16 percent points and RON increased 0.3 unit. Induction period of the gasoline has been evidently prolonged as the diene in it was removed. Analysis data of the product have basically met the requirement national standard of motor gasoline.
