摘要
针对高校图书馆的现状 ,笔者对我国高校图书馆发展的制约因素进行了分析 ,在发现问题的基础上 ,寻求各种矛盾的根源 ,从理论上阐述了解决现实问题的方法 ,并提出了自己的见解。
Aiming at the actuality in the libraries of colleges and universities, this paper objectively pointed out and analyzed the restricting factors to the development of libraries in some special regions. And then based on the problems found, it tried to quest the roots of the conflicts and theoretical methods in solving practical problems and at last tabled the authors opinions for them.
