Vibrating Impact Fine Crush for Hard Matter

摘要 Vibrating impact’s energy utilization efficiency is higher, when acceleration gravity of vibrating impact meet 10g~15g, in addition, to do uniform acceleration motion in 15m/s 2. Super gravity field in the crushing process is formed, which can greatly reduce grain size of the matter crushed. The applied practice indicates that the hard matter such as steel slag, ore slag, coal gangue iron ore,aluminum oxide, copper ore, clinker etc. can be crushed by the vibrating impact fine crusher. The grain size of the matter crushed is below l~3mm.The fine powder of end-product whose grain size is below 0.08mm make up 25 percent of the total output. It can te as pre-fine crush before grind. Saving energy on open current grinding system of ball-grinding mill come up to 30 percent or so.
