集水背景下小流域综合治理的措施和管理形式 被引量:4

摘要 半干旱和半湿润易旱地区,天然降雨总量不足且供需错位,加之人类活动的影响,使得土地贫瘠,水土流失严重,环境不断恶化。在实地调查的基础上,作者认为,以集蓄雨水为基础的小流域综合治理是改善该地区生态环境、促进农业发展的有效途径。以河南省淅川县铁瓦河小流域为例,总结了该地区集水背景下的小流域综合治理的措施和管理形式,并论述了集水背景下的小流域综合治理在农业生产实践中的适合性。 Due to a little rainfall, which is discordant to supply and demand, lean soil and the long term effect of human activity, the ecological environment in the semi-arid area and semi-moist area inclined to be arid is being degraded. Soil and water loss are becoming more and more serious. Based on the investigation on the spot, the authors think that building rainwater catchments is an effective approach to ameliorate the ecological environment and accelerate agriculture in the small watershed. In the case study of Tiewa small watershed, the measurements and management forms of the comprehensive ways in small watershed on the background of rainwater catchment are discussed. The feasibility analysis indicates that the comprehensive ways in small watershed based on rainwater catchments fits the agriculture practice.
