摘要
目的 建立骨骼肌细胞的损伤模型。方法 观察不同剂量地塞米松对骨骼肌细胞的增殖、自由基、形态学和钙离子的影响。结果 超生理剂量地塞米松可抑制骨骼肌细胞的增殖 ,降低其SOD水平 ,提高MDA水平 ,并造成细胞的损伤与钙超载。结论 超生理剂量地塞米松可用于建立骨骼肌细胞的损伤模型。
Aim To establish the injury model of skeletal muscle cells.Method Dexamethasone was used to treat skeletal muscle cells and its influence on proliferation,free radical,morphology and Ca 2+ were observed.Results Dexamethasone beyond physical dosage could suppress cells proliferation,reduce SOD level,increase MDA,and cause cells injury and Ca 2+ overloading.Conclusion Dexamethasone beyond physical dosage could be applied to establish injury model of skeletal muscle cells.
