摘要
目的 分离视网膜色素上皮(retinal pigment epithelium,RPE)细胞光损伤早期差异表达的基因。方法 对光损伤早期培养的 RPE细胞,应用差异显示(differential display,DD)技术和银染变性 SDS-PAGE分析方法,分离差异表达的基因。结果 获得一段长为458bp新的基因序列,在GenBank登录,登录号为:AF509472。结论 在可见光对培养的RPE细胞损伤的过程中,除一些已知基因的表达外,可能还有新的基因参与了这一过程。
Objective To separate the retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) gene differentially expressed at early stage of light injury. Methods The gene was isolated from the RPE cells cultured at early stage of light injury by differential display technique and denatured SDS-PAGE with silver staining.Results A new cDNA sequence, with a length of 458bp, was obtained and included in GenBank (No. AF509472) .Conclusion Besides known genes, some new genes might be related to the cultured RPE cell injury caused by visible light.
