摘要
2 0 0 3年一季度 ,中国经济增长延续 2 0 0 2年以来的上升趋势 ,开局良好 ,主要经济指标增长普遍加快。本文从中国经济的潜在增长率为基点 ,提出此轮上升趋势的推动因素 ,可持续性、合理性和合意性 ,并就几个普遍存在争议的问题作一点探讨。
In the first quarter of 2003, China's economy following the increasing trend of the last year has a smart beginning with the major indexes boosting. The paper discusses on the basis of potential growth rate several factors, i.e. sustainability, rationality, and acceptability, that push the new-round growth, and argues some current thorny issues.
