摘要
通过对两种食用菌在不同条件下进行培养的比较,证明了不同的培养基及不同的培养条件都直接影 响着菌丝体的生长状况,同时也影响着用其培养液制成饮料的品质.
Through comparing the two sorts of eating fungus which were fostered in different condition, article evidenced that the growth state of the mycelium was directly influenced by different liquid medium and different fostering condition, in the meantime, which also influenced the quality of the drink made from the fostering liquid.
