摘要
目的 为提高正畸用粘接剂基质树脂的抗冲击强度,减少粘托槽的脱落率。方法 在基质树脂中引入具有不同特性功能的单体,经适当的组合达到上述的目的。结果 将不同的配方组合,经测试其物理机械强度,筛选出了较佳配方,其抗冲击强度平均值达到10.55KJ/M^2是市售同类产品的四倍。结论 在传统基质树脂配方中加入一定量的MU-65和EPM-41形成的RS-18是正畸用粘接剂基质树脂较佳配方的组成。
Objective To increase the impact strength of matrix resin of bonding agent in orthodontic and reduce the failure rate of the brackets. Methods Some monomers with different special functions were put in matrix resin so as to increase the impact strength of matrix resin of bonding agent . Abetter prescriptions were assembled with different monomers and matrix resin. A better prescription of the matrix resin of bonding agent was selected. Results The physical mechanical intension of the matrix resin is 10.55KJ/M2 .The anti-impact strength is four times higher than the same kind of product on sale. Conclusion RS-18, made by adding MU-65 and EPM-41 in traditional matrix resin, is a better prescription of the matrix resin of bonding agent in orthodontic.
