建设单位有效控制工程造价的几个要素。从项目投资阶段、设计阶段、招标投标阶段、施工阶段等四个阶段怎样对工程造价控制进行了阐述,是建设单位节约经费、提高经济效益的有效措施和手段。
The auther explains how the construction unit can take effective measures to control the construction costs from the following four stages-the item investment, the item design, the inviting bid and entering bid,and the construction.That is the way for the construction unit to reduce expenses and increase economic efficiency.
