摘要  考虑一类线性时滞系统H∞观测器的设计问题,提出了一种新的设计手段。假设系统存在有限个备选的观测器,且每个观测器的增益矩阵是已知的,而每个单一的观测器均不能保证误差系统渐近稳定且具有H∞范数界。但通过在这有限个备选的观测器间切换的方法可以设计一个使误差系统渐近稳定且具有H∞范数界的切换律。研究结果表明切换技术的使用扩大了观测器增益阵的选取范围,它为线性时滞系统利用观测状态进行H∞稳定控制器的设计提供了一个新视角,且所得的结果可表示为易于求解的线性矩阵不等式(LMI)的形式。最后以一个仿真实例说明了结论的有效性。 This paper is concerned with the problem of H∞ state observer design for a class of linear time-delay systems and a new means for H∞ state observer design is put forward. To suppose that there exist finite candidate state observers, and the gain matrices of state observers are known. Though none of the individual state observers makes the systems stabilizable with an H∞-norm bound, the error system is shown to be stabilizable with an H∞-norm bound through the design of switching laws. The results obtained show that making use of switching technique extends the choice range of the gain matrices of state observers. This provides a new insight into the problems of the H∞ observer-based stability controller design. Results were given by LMI which is easy to solve. Finally, a simulation example illustrated the main results of this paper.
