摘要
目的建立头C—Na含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,用十八烷基硅烷镁合硅胶为填充剂(4.6×250mm)的色谱柱,以磷酸二氢钾(PH3.5)缓冲溶液:乙腈(20:1)为流动相,在254nm波长下测定头孢菌素C钠(头C—Na)含量。结果在本文条件下测得头C—Na线·鹾范围20~80μg,r=0.9999,回收率:99.96%,RSD:0.55%。结论该方法简便,快速、准确,适用弓头C—Na含量测定。
Objective To esblish a method for determination of the content of Cephalosporin C Na.Method The content of Cephalosporin C Na was determined by HPLC method.The staionary phase was C18(4.6×250mm)column,the mobile phase was KH_2PO_4 solution(PH3.5)—acetoni- trile(20:1) and the test wavelength was 254nm.Results The linear range was 20~80μg,the rel- ative coefficient was 0.9999,the recovery and RSD was 99.96%and 0.55%respectively.Conclu- sions This method was simple,quick and accurate.
