摘要
干旱胁迫下,番木瓜叶片水势、可溶性蛋白质、叶绿素含量和SOD活性明显下降,而电导率、POD活性、MDA和H2O2含量则显著上升。分别用10、30、50mg/L的CPPU预处理有效地降低了干旱条件下番木瓜叶片细胞的MDA、电导率和H2O2含量的增加程度,并能减缓叶片叶绿素总含量和可溶性蛋白质含量的降低。试验表明CPPU是通过减轻干旱对番木瓜引起的自由基伤害来提高番木瓜的抗旱能力,其中以30mg/L浓度的CPPU处理效果最好。
Under drought stress,papaya leaf chlorophyll and soluble protein contents and the SOD activity were decreased but the permeability of plasma membrane,SOD activity,MDA and H 2 O 2 content were increased.The concentration of10,30and50mg /L of CPPU decreased the permeability of plasma membrane and the SOD activity and H 2 O 2 content ,and retard-ed the decrease of chlorophyll and soluble protein contents and the SOD activity of leaf cell in papaya plant under drought stress,therefore resulted in increasing the drought resistance of papaya seedlings.Among the treatments the protective effect of the treatment with30mg /L CPPU was the most effective.
