摘要
目的 :观察枯草芽胞杆菌喷雾剂对家兔皮肤创伤愈合的影响。方法 :采用家兔皮肤创伤为模型 ,连续给药 6 d,第 11天测定创面面积 ,并于第 17天记录创面愈合数。结果 :枯草芽胞杆菌喷雾剂高剂量组和磺胺嘧啶银组创面面积显著小于空白对照组 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;枯草杆菌喷雾剂的愈合率显著高于空白对照组( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :枯草芽胞杆菌喷雾剂能够缩小家兔创面愈合 。
Objective:Observe the effeci of the Bacillus Subtilis Spray in the cure of the skin wound of dontestic rabbits. Methods:Adopt the model of the skin wound of domestc rabbits,give medivine for six days consecutively on the cleventh day measure the wouno area and on the seventeench day record the number of the cure.Results:The high dose group of the Pacillus Subtilis Spray and the group os SD Ag minor the compared group of the gap in the tranmatic area( P <0 05)?The rate ofthe curc of the Bacillus Subtilis Spray is bigner than the compared of the gap.Conclusion:The Bacillus Subtilis Spray can reduce the traumatic area of domestic rabbirs accelerate the naumatic wound healing and increase the cure race of the traurnatic wound.
