摘要
介绍了锥形布风板喷动流化床煤气化炉的系统装置和气化工艺流程 ,对喷动流化床气化及灰熔聚排渣原理作了简要介绍。在气化炉运行阶段 ,测量了煤气发生炉内炉膛温度沿高度的分布 ,研究了床层温度随流化风量和中心喷动风量的变化规律以及煤气成分和碳转化率随床温的变化规律。实验证明 ,以空气和水蒸气为气化剂的煤气发生炉 ,其适宜的气化床温在 960
This paper introduces the facility of jetting fluidized bed coal gasifier with a cone shaped distributor and its gasification process.A brief introduction on the principle of gasification and ash agglomeration was also included here.Distribution of furnace temperature along the gasifier height was measured during the running time.Variation of the bed temperature on fluidization airflow rate and central spouting airflow rate was investigated.Furthermore,we studied the effects of bed temperature on gas components and carbon conversion rate.From tests,it can be proved that proper gasification temperature is at the range of 960 to 980 ℃.
