摘要
人的社会化与现代化,既是对人才培养标准提出的新要求,同时也对精神文明建设的组织实施提出了新任务。它要求精神文明建设自身进行必要的创新和改革。精神文明建设要在建设体系、建设结构与建设动力上努力实现社会化,在思想观念、实现目标与内容、形式上努力实现现代化。
The object of socialist cultural and ideological progress is to train qualified personnel of high performance. Socialized and modernized education means innovation for cultural and ideological progress. It means, on one hand, to socialize cultural and ideological progress system, structure and motive force, on the other hand, to modernize the idea, object, content and form.
