摘要
目的 :分离和鉴定陆英中抗肝炎主要成分乌索酸 方法 :采用“醇提凝析法”提取乌索酸 结果 :产品经理化常数和光谱学鉴定 ,确证为乌索酸 ,其提取率达 90 2 % ,纯度达99 72 % 结论 :本工艺技术具有先进合理、实用可行。
Objective: To isolate and identify anti-hepatitis main component ursolic acid from Sumbucus Chinensis Lindl.. Methods: Adopting the method of ethanol extract and agglutination separate to extract ursolic acid. Results: The extraction rate is 90.2%, the purification is 99.72%, the product is recognized to be ursolic acid by physicochemical contents and spectral identification. Conclusion: This technology is advanced and rational, practical and feasible ,and applicable to industrial production.
