摘要 本文根据履带板的失效特征和机理,提出了高锰钢的铬、钼再合金化,稀土、钛变质处理和重结晶热处理工艺综合强韧化方案.经实验证实,综合机械性能显著改善. In this paper, according to the characteristics and the mechanism of the failure of the caterpillar boards, a comprehensive plan for toughening high-Mn steel have been put forward, which includes the composite alloying of Cr and Mo, the compound inoculation of the RE and Ti, and the recrystallizing heat treatment. The test results show that the comprehensive mechanical properties of high-Mn steel treated by this plan have greatly been improved.
