摘要
本实验从Ⅰ型单纯疱疹病毒(HSV-1)感染的 Hep-2细胞提取单纯疱疹病毒的亚单位疫苗。以去污剂 NP-40溶解下病毒的亚单位以及与细胞膜结合的病毒特异性糖蛋白,用超速离心的方法将其分离出来。经免疫双扩散方法检测.提取物亚单位疫苗显示了特异的抗原性。疫苗接种小鼠之后,以间接免疫荧光技术测得小鼠血清中出现的 HSV-1抗体。
Antiherpes subunit vaccine was prepared from Hep-2 cells infected with herpes simplex virus type-1(HSV-1).Virus subunit and membranebound virus-specific glycoproteins were sotubilized with Nonidet P-40 and separated by ultracentifugation.The antigenic property of the vaccine was detected with immuodiffusion tests.The antibody against HSV-1 in mice immunized with subunit vaccine was tested with inderect immunoflorescence technoque show the antibody againsted HSV-1 in mice sera was developed.
