摘要
本文简述了d区主要元素合金电镀的意义;从电化学、络合物和原子结构、晶体结构等基本理论出发,以合金电镀实践为依据,对d区主要元素的合金电镀的可能性在理论上进行了较详细的分析与阐述,对铁族元素的过电位与d区主要元素共沉积的关系以及工艺参数对合金共沉积的影响也作了简要分析。本文还对d区主要元素的合金电镀实践提供了有力的例证。事实表明,对d区主要元素进行合金电镀在理论上和实践上都是可行的。
This paper deals with briefly the significance of the alloy electroplating of d - zone main elements and its feasibility is theoretically analyzed and expounded on the basis of the basic theories such as electrochemistry,complexing compound chemistry,atomic structure and crystal structure. the relationship of co-deposition between the overvoltage of iron group element,electrolytic process parameters and d-zone main elements are discussed respectively. In addition, exemplifications are provided from our experiments on the alloy electroplating. Facts indicate that the alloy electroplating of d-zone main elements is feasible both in theory and in practice.
