摘要
报导了在硫酸和氯酸钠溶液中用催化剂制备二氧化氯的方法 .研究结果表明在 55— 90℃时 ,加入催化剂后 ,ClO2 气体产率大大增加 ,且纯度保持在98 4— 99 8%左右 .H2 SO4 浓度为 1— 5MNaClO3 为 0 5— 2 0M时 ,随着温度的增加及H2 SO4 和Na2 ClO3 浓度的增加 ,ClO2 的产率也增加 。
This article introduces a method of producing ClO 2 in the solution of sulphuric acid and NaClO 2 Research shows that the rate of the production of ClO 2 inceases greatly,with the purity kept at about 94.8-99.8% at 55-90℃,when catalyst is used.The increase of the rate and the purity of ClO 2 will also be predicted under the condition of increase of temperature and the purity of sulphuric when the purity of sulphuric set at 1-5M and NaClO 2 at 0.5-2.0M.
