输电线路无功充电功率导致损耗的分摊问题 被引量:18

摘要 为了合理计算电源对输电线路的损耗系数,正确计及输电线路中由充电功率所导致损耗的分摊问题是必需的。在电流追踪法的基础上,并结合电力网络本身的特性对这一问题进行了分析。提出了两种可能的损耗分配原则,即:(1)电源i所应承担的输电线路j中由充电功率(包括线路j及其他输电线路的充电功率)所导致的损耗比例与其对输电线路j的损耗系数相同;(2)电源i所应承担的由输电线路j的充电功率(仅指线路j的充电功率)所导致的损耗(包括在输电线路j及其他输电线路中所导致的损耗)比例与其对输电线路j的损耗系数相同。 In order to rationally calculate the share of cost of transmission line loss to be allocated to each generator, it is necessary to correctly account for the allocation of power loss caused by capacitive charging of the transmission lines. Based on the current tracing and considering the features of power networks, two possible allocation rules for the allocation of the losses are proposed. The first one that is proportional to the loss in transmission line j to be shared by generator i, which is caused by the capacitive charging of the transmission line j and other transmission lines, should be equal to the loss factor of transmission j for generator i. The second one that is proportional to the loss in transmission line j to be shared by generator i, which includes the losses in transmission line j and other transmission lines caused by the capacitive charging of the transmission line j only, should be equal to the loss factor of transmission line j for generator i. The results from digital simulation show that the proposed method is feasible.
