摘要
采用超声方法合成了三(对溴苯甲酰基)纤维素[CTBB],并用红外光谱、元素分析对此衍生物的结构进行了表征。将等量微晶纤维素(MC)与三(对溴苯甲酰基)纤维素混合制成一种新型的手性薄层板。结合展开剂系统的优化,6种手性药物对映体获得了良好的分离,分离因子α≥1.30。此固定相适用于正相和反相液相色谱。
Cellulose tris (4-bromobenzoate) (CTBB) was ultrasonically prepared and characterized by infrared spectrometry and element analysis. The mixture of CTBB and microcrystalline cellulose (1:1 W/W) was used as chiral stationary phase (CSP) of thin-layer chromatography. Optimized of mobile phases, six chiral drugs were separated completely on the CSP, such as hexane-ethanol, hexane-2-propanol, hexane-2-propanol 1% triethylamine acetic acid (TEAA) acetonitrile-1% TEAA acetonitrile-water, and the separation factors(a) are more than 1.30. The results showed that this CSP was stable and suitable to both normal phase and reversed phase chromatography.
