摘要
对参数优化方法在注塑研究中的应用进行了综述 ,阐述了各方法的基本原理和主要特点 ,着重讨论了优化方法所适用的优化问题的类型和其对注塑翘曲、收缩、熔接缝及强度的预测能力以及模拟软件的应用 。
Applications of parametric optimization methods for injection molding are reviewed. The basic principles and main characteristics of the methods are described, the sorts of problems the methods are useful to, the ability of the methods in prediction of warpage, shrinkage and weldline in injection and the strength of injected parts as well as the application of simulating softwares are discussed. The effects of combination of different methods on the searching efficiency and the optimized results are also described.
