摘要
目的 建立金莲清热胶囊中菝葜皂苷元的含量测定方法。方法 以苯 -氯仿 -丙酮 (5∶4∶1)为展开剂 ,以香草醛硫酸乙醇溶液为显色剂 ,于λS =4 4 3nm处进行扫描测定。结果 菝葜皂苷元点样量在 0 .4 5 - 2 .70 μg范围内 ,点样量与斑点峰面积呈良好线性关系 ,平均回收率为 10 0 .19,RSD为 2 .14 %。结论 本方法准确、可靠、高效、重现性好 。
Objectives To determine the content of Sarsasapogenin in Jinlian Qingre Capsules.Method Thin layer scanning chromatography was used, the mixture of 5 volume of benzene, 4 volume of chloroform and 1 volume of acetone as the mobile phase, the solution of mixture of sulfuric acid-alcohol and vanillin was sprayed and the maximum wave at about of 443 nm was set to scan the thin layer plate.Results The volume of application was set at the range of 0.45μg to 2.70μg, the volume of application and the peak area of spot have proper linearity relationship. The average recovery rate is 100.19% and the related standard deviation coefficient is 2.14%.Conclusions This method has good accuracy, credit, efficiency and reproducibility so that it is appropriate to control the quality of Jinlian Qinre Capsules.
