摘要
西部大开发的一个重要目的,就是实现西部地区的跨越式发展,消除东西部差距。西部地区跨越式发展的内容包括;发展速度的跨越、发展阶段的跨越、发展模式的跨越和发展观念的跨越。
One main goal of developing west China is to achieve the saltatory development in west China and eliminate the gap between west and east China. Spanning development includes the span in developing rates, phases, pattern and people's conception.
