摘要
对须苞石竹切花瓶插期三种不同保鲜剂效果进行了对比实验 ,以蒸馏水为对照 ,测定了花瓣衰老过程中的含水量、总糖量和可溶性蛋白含量 ,结果显示 ,保鲜剂处理的其含量均有明显增加 ,尤其以自制配方Ⅱ( 3 %S +2 5 0mg/L 8 HQ +5 0 0mg/L苯甲酸钠 +2 5mg/LAgNO3+2 5mg/LEDTA Na2 )和Ⅰ号 ( 4 %S +5 0 0mg/LCA +2 0 0mg/L 8 HQ +0 .0 2 %CaCl2 +0 .0 2 %KCl)的效果最好 ,可延缓切花衰老 6天~ 8天。
The effects of three fresh-keeper solutions on several species of water-cultured cutting blooms were investigated. The amount of water, total carbohydrate and soluble protein in cutting blooms were determined, and these results indicated that solution I ( 4%S + 500mg/L CA + 200mg/L8-HQ + 0.02% CaCl 2 + 0.02% KCl ) and solution II (3% S + 250 mg/L 8-HQ + 500 mg/L C 6H 5COONa+25 mg/LEDTA-Na )could significantly increase the amount of water, total carbohydrate and soluble protein in the process of D.barbattus L aging , accompanying with elongating the time of keeping fresh.
