摘要
通过分析,指出现有的以机构最小传动角为传力性能指标评价曲柄摇杆机构的方法的不合理性,认为要使机构获得最佳的传力性能,应在满足机构工作行程最小传动角不小于许用传动角的情况下,使机构的最小机械效益达到最大。为此提出了机构工作行程最小传动角的确定和最小机械效益的计算方法,给出了按综合传力性能指标设计曲柄摇杆机构的实际例子。
Through analysis, the unreasonableness of the method for evaluating crank-rocker mechanism by using minimum driving angle as transmission performance index is pointed out. It is considered that for optimal mechanism efficiencies the minimum driving angle of power stroke of the mechanism shall be no less than allowed driving angle in order to maximize the minimum mechanical efficiencies of the mechanism. Thus methods are proposed for determining the minimum driving angle of the mechanism power stroke and calculating the minimum mechanical efficiencies, practical examples are given for designing the crank-rocker mechanism based on integrated transmission performance index.
