摘要
目的 :安全、合理和有效地应用抗真菌药物 ,提高老年患者院内真菌感染的治愈率。方法 :调查我院1996年1月～2002年6月126例老年住院患者真菌感染情况,并进行分析。结果 :≥60a的老年患者主要应用三唑类抗真菌药物 ;抗菌药物诱发真菌感染达103例 (81.7% ) ;真菌感染主要为肺部念珠菌感染。结论 :及时、合理应用抗真菌药物是防治深部真菌感染的关键。
OBJECTIVE:To use the antimycotics in a safe,rational and effective way,so as to improve the curative rate of nosocomial mycotic infections in old patients.METHODS:126old patients with mycotic infections,admitted from January1966to June2002,were analysed.RESULTS:The patients aged60and over were mainly treated with antimycotic triazoles,of them,103cases(81.7%)contracted antibacterial-induced mycotic infections.Most mycotic infections were candidiasis of lung.CONCLUSION:Prompt and rational administration of antimycotics plays a key role in preventing and treating deep myˉcosis.
