摘要
群众性经济技术创新工程是在我国经济体制改革不断深化、企业改革取得阶段性成果,世界经济呈现全球化、知识化趋势的背景下提出来的。因此,要在企业广泛、深入、持久地开展群众性经济技术创新活动,必须把握住知识化、人本化、创新性三个时代特征,逐步形成企业的"内生经济增长",也只有这样才能使广大职工体会到自己主人翁的地位,并充分发挥主人翁的作用。
The economic technological innovation project with masses' characteristics is put forward when China continues to deepen economic restructuring and achieve stage results in the enterprises' reform, world economy presents a trend of globalization and knowledge So, the Chinese enterprises should develop a deepening, long economic technological innovation project with masses' characteristics and grasp the times' nature with some characteristics of knowledge and take people as an important factor and innovation We should give full play the masters' role of masses
