钼对大白鼠初级精母细胞致突变的研究

摘要 以大白鼠初级精母细胞染色体畸变分析钼对大白鼠雄性生殖细胞的诱变性。 30只雄性大白鼠随机分为 5组 ,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组为钼酸铵的高、中和低剂量组 ,分别以 1 0 0、2 0和1 0mg/kg体重剂量的钼酸铵连续灌胃 5天 ;Ⅳ组为阳性对照组 ,以 30mg/kg体重剂量的环磷酰胺连续腹腔注射 5天 ;Ⅴ组为阴性对照组 ,灌服生理盐水。给药后第 1 4天每组取 3只大白鼠 ,按 2mg/kg体重 /只腹腔注射秋水仙素 ,2h后取材检验。试验结果表明 ,Ⅰ组与Ⅳ组比较 ,差异均不显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组与Ⅴ组相比 ,差异均极显著 (P <0 .0 1 )。证明钼对初级精母细胞具有诱变性[1 ,4] 。 Thirty health male big white mouse were divided at random into five groups averagely with Ⅰ?Ⅱ?Ⅲ (experiments) and Ⅴ(negative contrast) groups dosed with the solution of molybdic acid ammonia with 100,20,and 10mg/kg body weight and of 0.9%NaCI respectively for five days , and with Ⅳ(positive contrast) group injected cyclophosphamide of 30mg / kg body weight dosage into abdominal cavity for the same period of time , and then three mouse tested ,which were taken randomly from each group after forteen days of experiment and injected colchicines of 2mg/kg body weight into abdominal cavity to study the chromosome abnormal of primary oocyte by molybdenum.The result showed that there were remarkably different in its shape of Ⅰ?Ⅱand Ⅲ compared with Ⅴ group (p<0.01),but no different between Ⅰand Ⅳ groups (p<0.05).
