摘要
目的 建立复方黄芩液的鉴别方法和黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法 采用薄层色谱法对复方黄芩液中的黄芩、拳参、紫花地丁进行薄层色谱鉴别 ;用HPLC测定复方黄芩液中黄芩苷的含量。结果 TLC重复性良好。黄芩苷平均回收率 1 0 3 .36 % ,RSD为 0 .85 %。结论 该方法简便、准确、可靠 。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for identification of Fufang Huangqin liquid and determination of Baicalin in Fufang Huangqinliquid. METHOD Radix Scutellariae ,Rhizoma Bistortae, Herba Violae in Fufang Huangqin liquid were qualitatively identified by thin layer chromatographic method. A HPLC method was also developed for the determination of Baicalin in Fufang Huangqin liquad.RESULTS Reproductivity was good by TLC .The average recovery was 103.36%,RSD=0.85%. CONCLUSION The method is simple?accurate and reliable and can be used for the quality control of this preparation.
