摘要
目的 :探讨新疆紫草素对小鼠胶质瘤细胞C6 、人舌鳞癌细胞Tca - 8113和人宫颈癌细胞HeLa细胞的体外生长抑制作用。方法 :显微镜观察经新疆紫草素作用后细胞形态的变化 ;应用MTT法和平板克隆形成法检测新疆紫草素对小鼠胶质瘤细胞C6 、人舌鳞癌细胞Tca - 8113和人宫颈癌细胞HeLa的生长抑制作用。结果 :新疆紫草素对C6 、Tca - 8113和HeLa细胞的生长具有明显的抑制作用。但作用方式不同 ,对C6 和Tca - 8113主要以作用于细胞质为主 ,细胞以坏死为主 ,而对于HeLa细胞则主要作用于细胞核 ,引起细胞的凋亡。结论 :本研究表明 ,在体外实验中 ,新疆紫草素对小鼠胶质瘤细胞C6 、人舌鳞癌细胞Tca - 8113和人宫颈癌细胞HeLa细胞 3种不同类型的肿瘤细胞均具有明显的杀伤和抑制作用 ,表现出剂量—效应关系。待进一步研究后 。
Objective: To evaluate the growth inhibit ion of Xinjiang Shikonin on C 6 cells、Tca-8113 cells and HeLa cells in vitro. Methods: Microscope was used t o observe the morphological changes of cells induced by Xinjiang Shikonin; MTT m ethods and colony-forming test were used to examine the growth inhibition of Xin jiang Shikonin on C 6 cells、Tca-8113 cells and HeLa cells. Results: Xinjiang Shi konin significantly inhibited the growth of C 6 cells、Tca-8113 cells and HeLa ce lls in vitro. But with different mode of action, it impacted principally on cy toplasm cansing necrosis toward C 6 cells and Tca-8113 cells, but it impacted p rincipally on nucleus giving rise to apoptosis toward HeLa cells. Conclusions: Th e study showed, that Xinjiang Shikonin can kill and inhibit the three types of c ancer cells-C 6 cells、Tca-8113 cells and HeLa cells, and manifest dose-effect re lation- ship in vitro. Xinjiang Shikonin might be applied clinically as anti-tum or drug after further studying probably with affirmative proofs after further studying.
