摘要
本文通过对补中益气汤对实体癌病人外周血淋巴细胞微核率影响的实验观察,结果表明:实体癌患者淋巴细胞微核率明显高于正常人(P<0.01);而且补中益气汤在一定程度上可降低微核率(P<0.02)。证明补中益气汤在抗染色体损伤细胞突变方面的作用是不可忽视的。
The results showed that the lymphocyte micronucleus rate of patien tswith solid carcinoma was higher than normal people's (p<0.01) and 'Buzhongyiqitang'could lower the micronuleus rate (p<0.02) by doing the observation on the influence of 'Buzhongyiqitang' to the lymphocyte micronucleus rate in periphery blood of patients with solid carcinoma. The function of 'Buzhong yiqitang' on antichromosome injury and anticell-mutation could not be ignored.
