摘要
结合煤质化验数据的数字修约原则和超差限,介绍了将Excel表应用至煤的灰分、全水分等项目的日常煤质化验运算中以确保化验数据的精密度及准确度,指出专用的煤质Excel表内设有公式,其函数能满足煤质化验国标要求的数字修约法则,且可自动取舍运算数字,电子表格单元格设置的条件格式能实现超差提醒并满足项目不同数据范围之间的不同允许差。
According to rounding rules and tolerance limit combined with practical test data of coal quality,the application of the Excel in daily coal quality analysis data operation including coal ash,total moisture,and other items was introduced in order to ensure the precision and accuracy.It is indicated that the function of existing formula in special coal quality excel tablecan meet the national standard of coal quality analysisdigital rounding rule,and the number of computing can be automatically selected.The conditional format of the spreadsheet cell can be implemented to remind out-of-tolerance and satisfy the allowed difference between the different data range of the project.
