摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗风寒湿阻型膝关节骨性关节炎34例的临床疗效。方法:选取风寒湿阻型膝关节骨性关节炎患者68例为观察对象,随机分成对照组和观察组各34例。对照组采用西药治疗,观察组采用中西医结合方法治疗,比较两组患者的中医症候积分与临床疗效。结果:治疗后观察组总有效率91.1%,明显高于对照组的70.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组中医症候积分高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效显著,优于单纯西药治疗,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective Clinical observation on Treating 34 cases of osteoarthritis of the knee with wind cold dampness type treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.Methods 68 cases of osteoarthritis of knee joint of wind-cold-dampness resistance type were selected as the object of observation.They were randomly divided into control groupand observation group,34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.The scores of TCM symptoms and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.1%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 70.5%(P<0.05);Compared with the scores of TCM symptoms,there was a significant difference between the observation group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05),and the score of symptoms in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion The treatment of knee osteoarthritis with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine has a remarkable effect,which is better than that with western medicine alone.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
