中美汉语教育硕士教学实践能力培养比较研究——以中央民族大学和波特兰州立大学为例 被引量:2

A Comparative Study of the Training of Teaching Capabilities of MTCSOL in China and America——A Case Study of Minzu University of China and Portland State University

摘要 本文从课程教学、课堂观摩、教学技能训练、教学实习等几个环节入手,对中美两所大学汉语教育硕士研究生教学实践能力培养的情况进行比较分析,提出汉语国际教育硕士教学实践能力培养的几点建议:注重在课程教学中培养学生的教学实践能力;课堂观摩的组织实施需统筹时间、对象和深度等因素;构建完备的教学实习支持系统和合理的实习评价机制;加强对教学反思能力的培养。 This thesis makes a comparative analysis of the training of teaching capabilities of Masters of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages(MTCSOL)at two universities in China and America in aspects of classroom teaching,classroom observation,training teaching skills and teaching internship.It then offers suggestions for the training of MTCSOL,including cultivating teaching capabilities of students in class;taking into account of the elements such as observation time,objects and depth in organization and implementation of classroom observation;setting up complete support system and reasonable assessment mechanism for teaching practice;and training reflective capability in teaching practice.
