摘要
为了满足不断提高的现代钻井工艺技术的需要 ,用现代动态设计方法研制开发了GW—1型平动椭圆钻井液振动筛。在理论研究和现场调查研究的基础上 ,利用Pro/E软件在工作站上进行了GW— 1型平动椭圆钻井液振动筛的三维建模设计、结构强度分析及模态响应分析 ,指出GW— 1型平动椭圆钻井液振动筛兼有圆型筛和直线型筛的优点 ,其核心技术是“力心”理论 ,“心脏”部件是激振器。新型振动筛是现代动态设计方法和理论研究及实践经验的产物。
Model GW-1 planar-moving elliptical shale shaker was developed with modern dynam ic design method to meet the demand of the modern drilling technology. Pro/E sof tware was used for the 3-D model establishment and structural strength analysis and modal response analysis. It is indicated that the new shale shaker has the f unctions of both the circle type shaker and the linear type shaker, and its core technique lies in 'force center' theory and the key component is the vibration excitor.
