摘要
本文主要介绍了聚四氟乙烯在修复了机床导轨方面的应用及方法 ,介绍了聚四氟乙烯的性质 ,活化处理方法其中包括萘钠溶液的配置和处理工艺以及重点介绍了解决导轨爬行和导轨磨损严重的粘结工艺。
The application of fluon in repairing the lathe guide r ail with significant effect are introduced mainly, the fluon nature,activating t reatment methods are illustrated, including the compound and treatment of C10H8- Na, regarding the cohesion process to resolve the guide rail track and wear.
