特厚煤层分层工作面冲击地压事故后复产方案研究与实践 被引量:18

摘要 在分析黑龙江峻德煤矿特厚煤层分层工作面重大冲击地压事故的基础上,研究得到事故发生的原因和相应的治理对策,制定了恢复生产的方案。提出了分层开采工作面恢复生产需满足的条件为:工作面和巷道围岩始终处于低应力低密度状态、消除底板(底煤和薄底板)冲击隐患、建立可靠支护、建立有效的实时监测体系和确定合理的开采强度。以煤层大直径钻孔为主实现围岩的低应力和低密度;提出了冲击危险巷道的基本支护、超前支护方式和强度;建立了应力实时在线监测为主、微地震监测为辅、多种监测手段联合的冲击地压实时监测预警体系;基于应力动态和微震监测确定工作面合理的开采强度。根据研究成果制定的恢复生产方案在峻德煤矿三水平北17层一段一分层3·15事故工作面实施后,保证了工作面安全恢复生产。 On the analysis of a major rock burst accident happening in extremely thick coal seam layered face of Junde Coal Mine,this investigation drew out the accident cause and countermeasures and the restoring production scheme was put forward. In order to restoring production,the following conditions should be satisfied: making the work face and roadway surrounding rock lie in a low stress and density state,eliminating the hidden rock burst danger of floor( bottom coal and thin floor),building reliable support,establishing efficient real-time monitoring system and defining reasonable mining intensity. In addition,the author realized the low stress and density through large diameter borehole,set up a real-time monitoring and early warning system through real-time stress monitoring assisted by micro-seismic monitoring and other monitoring measures,determining the mining density through dynamic stress monitoring. The scheme of restoring production established by the research result ensured the safety production in '3·15'accident work face in Junde Mine.
