摘要 正阳煤矿自1958年建矿以来,凡用无煤柱开采的采区,全部采用砌筑矸石带的方法进行沿空留巷。近几年来,由于开采近距离煤层和使用机械化采煤,用矸石带护巷暴露出很多缺点,特别是综采工作面,使用矸石带护巷更为困难。例如,在开采27号上层煤时,因上覆的29层煤已经开采(两层煤的间距0.8~1.0m,最大2.4m),利用矸石带护巷造成巷道支架被压坏,巷道断面由4.18m^2被压缩到2.2m^2,到了不能连续使用的程度。37层煤右一路综采工作面,因架后无法砌筑矸石带,运输机巷随工作面的推进而报废,下区段工作面的回风巷只好用沿空掘巷。为了改善沿空留巷的支护形式和巷道状态,我们对矸石带护巷进行了测定,发现存在如下问题。 Inclined Longwalling is used in No. 8 seam in Erdaohezi Coal Mine, Jixi. Rock pressure phenomena have been observed in the whole mine area. The following rules have been mastered, distribution of setting load and working resistance for shield support and pressure on support along face; the extent of front abutment in coal face, initial and periodic weighting in coal face and phenomena of rock pressure in face headings etc. Comparison has been made between the above-mentioned coal face and coal face in No. 4 seam with similar condition using ordinary longwalling. Observation shows that inclined longwalling in No. 8 seam is benefit for the management and control of developed bedding seam and easy to break and cave roof. Similar results are obtained in' interval of periodic weighting and position of pressure etc. But differences are noticed in roof subsidence, depth of caving and load on supports etc.
