煤矿瓦斯抽采封孔质量检测技术与应用 被引量:5

摘要 瓦斯抽采是防治矿井瓦斯灾害的根本措施,而封孔质量的好坏直接影响到瓦斯抽采效果的好坏。为判定瓦斯抽采钻孔漏气位置,在黄陵二号煤矿301工作面针对10个瓦斯预抽钻孔,利用合作研发的抽采钻孔封孔漏气检测装置,开展现场测试工作。结果显示:在钻孔3~16 m内瓦斯浓度的变化比较稳定,漏气通道较少,封孔质量较好,在0~3 m和16~19 m均有漏气现象。判定抽采钻孔的密封质量和漏气位置,可为改进封孔工艺,提高瓦斯抽采效果提供科学依据。 Gas drainage is the fundamental measure to prevent mine gas disasters,and the quality of sealing is directly affected by the effect of gas drainage.In order to determine the location of gas leakage in the gas drainage,the first 301 working face of Huangling No.2 coal mine was drilled for 10 gas pre-drilling holes,and the field test was carried out by using the cooperatively developed drilling and sealing hole leakage detecting device.The results show that the variation of gas concentration is stable in the range of 3 to 16 m,the air leakage channel is less,the sealing quality is better,and there are air leakage phenomena in 0 to 3 m and 16 to 19 m.Judging the sealing quality and air leakage position of the extraction drilling hole can provide a scientific basis for improving the sealing process and improving the gas drainage effect.
