摘要
通过对建新煤矿42煤上覆岩层"三带"分析和研究,确定了42煤顶板走向高位钻孔裂隙带高度,提出了合理的布置钻场钻孔设计参数,将基于这些参数的高位钻孔瓦斯抽放技术应用于建新煤矿4202综放工作面,同时利用立管抽放上隅角后方瓦斯。通过上述措施的实施,在绝对瓦斯涌出量从4.8 m3/min增加至29 m3/min的情况下,回风流及上隅角瓦斯浓度分别稳定在0.3%和0.7%左右,保证了工作面的安全生产。
With the analysis and research on overburden 'three zones' of movement of overlying strata of No.42 seam in Jianxin coal mine, the height of the fissure zone of the high level borehole in the roof strike of No.42 seam and provided the rational design parameters of the layout for the borehole drilling site and borehole drilling were. Based on the parameters, the gas drainage technology with high level boreholes was applied to No.4202 fully mechanized coal mining face in Jianxin coal mine. Besides, the standpipes drainage technology was applied. After its application, the concentration of gas in ventilation roadway and upper corner are keeping stably in 0.3%, 0.7% respectively under the condition that the accurate gas emission increased from 4.8 m3/min to 29 m3/min, which ensured its safety on mining.
