摘要
分析了喷孔机理及过程,并通过不同孔径、不同环境温度及不同水灰比条件下的测温实验来探究温度、水灰比及孔径对喷孔的影响。结果表明:喷孔过程可化分为3个阶段;喷孔一般发生在温度急剧上升的阶段,低温会抑制喷孔的发生;在一定条件下,水灰比越大越容易发生喷孔,孔径的增大也易引发喷孔。
The mechanism and process of the jet orifice was analyzed, and temperature measuring experiments under different conditions were conducted to explore the influence of temperature, water-cement ratio and bore diameter on the jet orifice. The results show that: the jet orifice process can be classified as three stages; jet orifice commonly occurs in the stage of temperature increasing rapidly, and low temperature could suppress the happening of the jet orifice; Under certain condition, the bigger the water cement ratio is, the more possible jet orifice is going to happen, and the increase of bore diameter can also lead to jet orifice.
