摘要
合理经济的巷道顶板支护工艺,对于煤矿高效快速发展具有重要意义。以曹家山煤业为试验矿井,对不同支护方案下的应力、位移进行数值模拟试验分析。研究结果表明:巷道水平应力随锚杆变小变短而逐渐增加;悬吊理论适用于巷道顶板支护参数的理论计算;巷道围岩稳定性受锚杆和锚索尺寸的影响;方案1的稳定性最好,是最佳支护方案。
Roof support technology and reasonable economy, for fast and efficient mine development is important. Caojiashan coal mine for the test, the stress and displacement of different support schemes under the numerical simulation analysis, the results show that: the roadway horizontal stress decreases gradually increased with shorter bolt; suspended theory applies roof theoretical calculations support parameters; the impact of the size of the anchor bolt and surrounding rock stability of roadway affected;one of the best stability of the program is the best program support.
