介绍了绳牵引单轨吊车变频控制系统的功能及实现。该系统可以实时的检测单轨吊车的运行信息,并实时的显示于触摸屏上。可以实现单轨吊车的启停、上行下行控制、变频调速控制、机头机尾过卷控制、具有首尾校验、泄漏通讯、声光报警及视频监控等功能。
Introduced the function and realization of the endless-rope monorail crane frequency control system. This system can real-timely detect operation information of monorail crane and can display information on touch screen. It has functions of start and stop control,forward and reverse control,frequency conversion control,overwind of head and tail control,fore and aft check,leakage communication,audible and visual alarm and video-surveillance.
