摘要 以圣华煤业3#煤层旧采区3101残采面开采工作为研究背景,应用相似模拟手段对残采工作面围岩变形与支架阻力变化进行研究。结果表明:岩层位置越高,其位移量越小,各测点在下沉过程中呈非线性变化,空巷位移最大量出现在顶板中部。空巷附近支架工作阻力出现峰值,且峰值大小与空巷跨度正相关,空巷跨度越大,支架阻力越大。工作面接近空巷,支架工作阻力呈增大趋势,通过空巷时,支架工作阻力呈递减趋势,进煤柱时的支架工作阻力低于出煤柱时的支架工作阻力。 Based on Shenghua coal 3101 working face old mining area residual coal mining,and used similar simulation to study surrounding rock deformation and support resistance changes. The results showed that rock subsidence displacement reduced with the increase of rock layers,and each point showed nonliner change in the process of sinking,and the maximum displacement of abandoned roadway occurred in the middle. Support working resistance emerged peak in the vicinity of abandoned roadway,and the peak size was positively correlated with roadway span,the larger span,the larger support resistance. The support resistance showed increasing trend when working face approached abandoned roadway,and support resistance showed reducing trend when working face passed through roadway,and support resistance into pillar less than out pillar.
