摘要
采空区注浆充填工程属于隐蔽工程,对其注浆质量进行检测具有复杂性和多变性,实践表明采用物探和钻探相结合的方法来检测注浆效果是一种非常有效的方法。基于声波在不同岩层中的传播速度不同的原理,对采空区注浆前后声速的变化规律进行了监测。监测结果表明注浆后采空区区域声波波速明显提高。为进一步验证声速检测的准确性,与钻探检测结果进行对比分析。钻探结果表明,采空区部位注浆凝固体分布特征与声波检测结果基本相符,且取芯岩石的单轴抗压强度满足注浆质量设计要求。
As underground works,the measurement of quantity of grouting works is complicated and changeful,practice proved that in the investigation,the coordination of geophysical exploration with boring was a very effective method to economize the investment and enhance the benefit. Based on this theory that sound travels with different velocities through different substances,analyzed the sound velocity variation before and after grouting in goaf. Monitoring results showed acoustic velocity significantly improved after grouting in goaf. For further insuring its accuracy of sound detection,based on the drill testing and sound detection,the both testing results are analyzed,the drill testing results are consistent with the acoustic test results,and by measuring uniaxial compressive strength of rock associated with bearing,the strength in to meets design requirements of grouting quality.
