摘要
针对国内外轻型模块化钻机存在的问题,设计了一款钻深更大、便于装拆的轻便型模块化岩芯钻机。并对钻机的整体结构进行了优化,使其模块划分更加合理,且便于快速拆装。针对关键零部件进行了轻量化设计,使各模块质量更轻。该产品可应用于地质勘探、深边探矿等领域。
To solve the problems existed in the lightweight modular rig in the domestic and overseas,a portable modular exploration rig which has a greater drilling depth and is easy for assembly and disassembly is designed.The rig's overall structure is optimized,so that the module is divided more reasonable,and is easy for quick disassembly.To make each module lighter,the lightweight design has been done for the key components.The product also can be used in geological prospecting,and other deep exploration fields.
