细粒煤泥浮选降灰提质试验研究 被引量:8

摘要 以山东鱼台地区选煤厂细粒煤泥为研究对象,分析了该煤泥的煤质特性。在药剂用量试验和浮选浓度试验的基础上,利用浮选机作分选设备,最终得到精煤产率为56.55%,精煤灰分为8.78%的浮选指标;利用浮选柱进行了试验探索,得到精煤产率为57.87%,精煤灰分为8.71%的浮选指标,表明浮选柱是处理细粒煤泥浮选降灰提质的有效设备,浮选指标好,经济效益显著。 The analysis discussed the fine coal quality characteristics from coal preparation plant in Shandong Yutai coal mining area. Based on the results of the reagent consumption and pulp concentration tests, we can gain the clean coal with the ash of 8.78% and the yield of 56.55% by the flotation machine. The preliminary experiment was studied by using the flotation column as the separation equipment to deal with the fine coal and gain the clean coal with the ash of 8.71% and the yield of 57.87%. The better flotation result and remarkable economic efficiency showed that the flotation column was effective equipment to deash and improve the quality of the fine coal.
